This year’s Academy Awards are sure to be a great event. After looking through the nominations for the best picture, I am sure that there will be a few surprises for everyone. The Academy Awards will air February 22 on ABC 5 pt/8 et, which means there are only 19 days to go. Here are the nominations for 3 of the more important categories. As for our early Academy Awards predictions for this year… thatshowsucks is betting on Avatar taking the best picture award, Morgan Freeman stealing the best actor Oscar, and Gabourey Sidibe walking home with the gold. Let us know what you think in the comments section.
